The Information We Gather
Your browser does all the calculations. The information you give stays on your own device; local storage holds it so the page can recall your entries. We do not receive the data you enter.
When you submit a claim review request, the details you enter come to us: your name, email address, state, vehicle and note. Our servers also log simple visit data: the page visited, the time, the browser and a general location based on the IP address. Page visits, clicks to other sites and phone calls are all counted by code that we maintain ourselves. We have no external analytics, no ad cookies and no tracking pixels.
When you dial our number, a phone provider connects the call and stores both the number you called from and how long you spoke. Those calls may be recorded so your claim details are captured correctly.
Sharing Your Information
Your claim review request is sent to a single diminished value appraiser or auto claim attorney who may contact you about it. Calls are directed to the same type of business. We do not sell contact lists and we do not share your information with insurers.
How Long the Data Is Kept
We hold requests for a maximum of two years and then remove them. We store visit logs for a maximum of 13 months.
Your Rights
You have the right to view the details we keep on you, to have them fixed or erased, and to opt out of any sharing. By law, people in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other privacy-law states hold these rights, and we apply them to all users. Children
This site is meant for drivers who are adults. We do not knowingly gather information from anyone under the age of 16.
